Data retention
We retain your personal data (profile, activity, health, and location data) for as long as your Hi5Sport account remains active, in order to provide the app's core features, your activity history, and social functionality.
When you delete your account, all associated personal data — including your profile, activity history, and social data — is permanently deleted from our active servers. When you choose "Delete all data" instead, your account is kept but all activity and history data is permanently removed.
We do not retain your data for longer than necessary to provide the service, except where a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

Security
Your data is stored securely using Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Firebase App Check protects our APIs from abuse.
Children's privacy
Hi5Sport is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
